ORGANIZATION SUMMARY

Natural Heritage Art Centre instructors include both studio artists and professional educators. We are looking for artists and makers doing exciting work who are also excellent teachers with these qualities: a willingness to be generous with information, strong technical skills, good interpersonal skills, and an ability to teach conceptual information. We encourage innovative workshops that advance contemporary expressions in various media and incorporate or emphasize ecological information and natural or historical processes.

Youth Workshop instructors

Youth Workshops (ages, 6 - 17): instructors are responsible for creating and implementing workshops that are imaginative, developmentally appropriate, inclusive, and fun. This program is artist-driven, and teaching artists are to propose their workshops based on their expertise and artistic style.

All teaching artists are independent contractors and will be asked to submit a W9 Form.
